Needed:

A recipe for really yummy, I mean knock-your-socks-off-can't-get-enough-of-it, spinach and artichoke dip. I signed myself up for it.

    Yum! BLT salad! I dont have any recipes for the spinach part. Heres a recipe for baked artichoke cheese spread. its from my favorite cook book. Ive never tried it though.
    1 can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
    1 c mayo
    1 c parmesan cheese

    mash artichokes. stir in mayo and cheese. spread in pie pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. serve hot with crackers.
